Elitecross Technology ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EliteStaff WhatsApp AI agent service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when businesses and their customers use our service.

1. Information We Collect

• WhatsApp phone number (automatically provided when a message is sent)
• Name, delivery address, and contact number (provided voluntarily during an order)
• Message content — conversation text with the AI agent
• Order details — items, quantities, and totals

2. How We Use This Information

• Process and fulfill customer orders on behalf of our business clients
• Maintain conversation context so customers do not have to repeat themselves
• Log orders to business dashboards for order management
• Improve AI response accuracy and quality

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Order data is shared only with the specific business client the customer messaged. We use these third-party services to operate EliteStaff:

• Anthropic — AI language model processing
• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — message delivery
• Google Sheets — order logging for business clients
• Railway — cloud hosting
• Redis — conversation storage (expires after 24 hours) and permanent customer profile storage

4. Data Retention

• Conversation history expires automatically after 24 hours
• Customer profiles are retained to improve repeat customer experience and deleted on request
• Order logs are retained by the business client

5. Data Security

We use encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access-controlled infrastructure, and do not store any financial information such as card or bank details.

6. Customer Rights

Request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@elitecross.io. We process all requests within 7 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

EliteStaff is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
