Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EliteStaff, a WhatsApp AI agent service operated by Elitecross Technology. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EliteStaff provides AI-powered WhatsApp agents to Nigerian businesses ("clients"). End customers interact with these agents to browse products, place orders, and get support on behalf of the business client.

2. Use of the Service

• The service is provided for legitimate commercial use only
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, product listings, and pricing provided to us
• Clients must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy when using this service
• The service must not be used for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

3. Orders and Transactions

EliteStaff facilitates order collection on behalf of business clients. All sales transactions, payments, and order fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the business client. Elitecross Technology is not a party to any transaction between a business client and their customers.

4. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control including Meta's WhatsApp platform availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The EliteStaff platform, code, and branding are the property of Elitecross Technology. Business clients retain ownership of their own business data, product information, and customer relationships.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elitecross Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EliteStaff, including lost orders, missed messages, or customer disputes between a business client and their customers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EliteStaff for any client that violates these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable Nigerian law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
